SHIPPING

♥ Please make sure shipping address provided is the correct.  If your item(s) are returned due to non-verified address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

♥ Custom orders will ship within 10 – 14 days after purchase (and does not include shipping time), unless otherwise specified. All RTS (ready to ship) items will ship 1-3 business days after purchase posts (shipping time not included).

♥ If you need your item earlier than the estimated time-frame please message me before placing your order so we can discuss any available options that there may be to rush the order.

♥ I ship USPS Priority, which typically takes 3-5 days, however, it can take longer depending on the post office. I'm not responsible for packages that arrive late due to the carrier service or lost/missing packages due to incorrect shipping address. Please verify correct shipping address prior to ordering.  You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

♥ If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the box and damaged goods and send them to me ASAP so I can file a claim with the post office. Your order does include shipping insurance in case it is damaged in transit.

REFUNDS – RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS

♥ Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. 

♥ No refunds or returns will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part, in which case, I will request the item sent back for inspection, and will either fix it or replace it.

♥ I am not responsible for accidental damage. If your tumbler falls or is dropped I will gladly assist you with getting it repaired (if possible) or remade but please understand there is a repair (to be determined upon examination of damages) fee that will be associated and will be discussed prior to any work being started.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

** Due to items being handmade there may be some imperfections (i.e. a bubble, stray piece of glitter, etc) which is to be expected with the handmade nature and what makes things all the more unique.  Please note that although I try to take pictures in different lighting, colors may slightly vary on phone screens and monitors **

♥ Handle with care, might crack/break if dropped
